Supervised by specialists in their areas the following evaluations are included in the Vita Check-up Center Health Check-up Program:

• Laboratorial Evaluation: are done about 30 examinations, including blood, urine and stools tests. The HIV test is included optionally

• Clinical Evaluation

• Cardiologic Evaluation: electrocardiogram (EKG) and treadmill stress test with simultaneous monitoring by a computadorized system checking 13 derivations

• Respiratory Evaluation: computed assist respiratory tests

• Nutritional Evaliation: body composition estimated by electrical bioimpedance and body mass index calculation

• Radiological Evaluation: thorax X-ray

• Hearing Evaluation

• Ophtalmological Evaluation: visual accuracy, tonometer, refraction tests and fundoscopy

• Odontological Evaluation: an exclusive dental check-up

• Urological Evaluation: including PSA tests and clinical examination (with digital exam when necessary)

• Ginecological Evaluation (Women Program): Papanicolau test, clinical examination including breast exam

• Ultrasonographic Evaluation: abdome, prostate e thiroyd for men and abdome, pelvis, thyroid and breasts for women

• Proctological Evaluation: anuscopy and retossigmoidoscopy (since 50 years old)

• Emotional Stress Evaluation: stress level stratification in a confidential report

• Immunization Evaluation: based in recommendations in vaccination for adult population

• Lifestyle evaluation: life habits profile and objective orientation

• Postural Evaluation and an anti-stress massage session
